Q: Am I able to work for two jobs at once?
A: Yes, however the trainings cannot be done at the same time. You will need to complete one training before doing another one.
Q: Am I responsible for my taxes?
A: Yes. We do not deduct taxes for payroll due to the nature of this opportunity. If you make more than $600 in a calendar year working with us or our affiliate, tax form 1099 will be generated at the end of the year and can be retrieved from your respective personnel system.
Q: How much does the job pay?
A: Each company varies with pay. The base rate is $12.50 up to $20. Specific details are given with each job opportunity.
Q: Will I have to come out of pocket for anything?
A: Yes. A background check is required for most opportunities. There is a one-time fee of $30. It will last you up to 36 months.
CSR PC Requirements
Minimum requirements include 20 GB available space, 4 GB RAM, and Windows 11.
Recommended specifications include 30 GB available space, 8 GB RAM, and a hard-wired connection with minimum 30 Mbps download speed.
Unsupported items include ARM-based processors and certain operating systems like Chrome OS.

Mobile devices must be used for multifactor authentication; smartphones cannot be used for servicing.
